The long-term resident focus is to maintain their functional level and intervene when there is a decline in status or a potential for decline is identified. Our goal at Brookhaven for long-term rehab is to make residents feel like they are at home and allow them to enjoy all the amenities we have to offer.

From assistance with daily living activities, to medication administration and ongoing monitoring of medical conditions, each resident of Brookhaven is provided with skilled and custodial nursing services intended to help them regain, maintain and even improve skills and abilities to ultimately help them enjoy as high a quality of life as possible.
